Terms of Use
Effective date: 19 October 2026 | Version: 1.0
1. Provider and scope
These Terms are issued by Vector Tax Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States (Delaware file number 10495189) (“Vector Tax”, “we”, “us”). ReportOne is a product name, not a separate legal entity.
These Terms govern our public website and its informational content. Each institutional client enters into a separate written agreement with Vector Tax. The ReportOne application and services for that client are governed by its signed agreement, including any order, data-processing terms and agreed schedules. Those documents control in relation to the application and services. These Terms do not modify any client agreement, applicable transfer clauses or mandatory law.
A demo request does not create a client contract or authorize use of live investor data. Where an interactive website function requires acceptance of these Terms, we provide the relevant notice and acceptance mechanism.
2. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the public website to evaluate ReportOne, contact us and obtain information for lawful business purposes. You must have authority to submit information or act for your organization.
We and our licensors retain rights in the website, branding, software, documentation and protected materials. You may view and make reasonable internal copies of public informational materials to evaluate ReportOne, retaining proprietary notices. You may not commercially redistribute the content, misuse our marks, imply endorsement or remove proprietary notices. No source-code access or license to operate or resell the application is granted by website access.
Client data, reports and exports remain subject to the applicable client agreement. These Terms do not restrict the report-use rights granted under that agreement. Third-party names and marks belong to their holders. References to CRS, FATCA, OECD, IRS or other authorities do not imply approval or endorsement.
3. Acceptable conduct
Do not violate law or others’ rights, submit malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, bypass controls, disrupt availability, impersonate another person or collect personal information without authority. Do not test against live client information or conduct disruptive testing without prior written authorization. Automated access must respect lawful access restrictions and system integrity. Non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Forms, demonstrations and feedback
Provide accurate information necessary for your enquiry. Public forms and ordinary email are not intended for investor documents, tax identifiers, financial account records, credentials or production datasets. Use synthetic or suitably redacted demo materials unless a suitable agreement and secure process are in place.
You permit us to use voluntarily supplied non-confidential suggestions without payment or attribution. That permission does not cover Client Data, personal information or another person’s confidential/proprietary materials. Information needed to investigate a client defect remains subject to the applicable agreement and data-processing terms.
5. Reporting responsibilities
ReportOne supports the functions, jurisdictions, reporting years and formats identified in the agreed service scope. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, determine reporting obligations, submit filings or represent clients before authorities.
Clients remain responsible for complete and accurate source information, reporting decisions, review of extracted information and outputs, and timely approval and submission within their engagement. Technical or schema validation does not establish substantive tax accuracy or guarantee authority acceptance. These qualifications do not remove our express obligations to provide agreed functionality and address service defects under the client agreement.
Public information may not address the requirements relevant to a particular organization. Obtain appropriate professional advice for those decisions. An individual responding to an organization’s self-certification request does not become a contracting client merely by responding.
6. Privacy, security and links
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. It does not replace the data-processing agreement or reduce binding client commitments.
Third-party services have their own relevant terms and notices. An integration must remain within the client’s authority and agreed scope; connecting a mailbox does not authorize unrestricted collection.
7. Website availability and disclaimers
We may update public content and maintain or change website functions. The public website is provided on an “as available” basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free informational content. We take reasonable steps to correct material errors brought to our attention.
To the extent permitted by law, public informational content is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Express client-contract warranties remain unaffected. Paid-service availability, support, changes, suspension, termination, export and remedies are governed by the applicable client agreement and mandatory law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible under these website Terms for indirect or consequential loss or lost business opportunities arising solely from reliance on public informational content. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These website qualifications do not determine liability for paid services, a client agreement or DPA, or non-excludable privacy rights. Nothing restricts supervisory authorities’ powers or applicable transfer-clause rights.
9. Changes, law and contact
Revised Terms show their effective date and version. They govern future website use, do not retrospectively change accrued rights and do not amend client agreements. We provide further notice or obtain renewed agreement where required for an interactive function.
Delaware law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory law. Disputes solely concerning these website Terms are subject to the competent state or federal courts in Delaware, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. This does not select the law or forum for client agreements, transfer clauses or individual privacy rights, or restrict complaints to competent authorities.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. No person may bind us or make commitments for us without authorization.
